I redesigned the intake form for sales representatives at RadiusXR, streamlining their ability to lease and sell Radius Headset units to practices. The form is now integrated with Salesforce, allowing reps to efficiently track both sales and trial units, providing better oversight and management

Problem
As the company expanded and product demand increased, the sales team required a reliable system to track inventory. Additionally, the option to offer headset leasing had to be integrated into the process.
Solution
An intake form integrated with Salesforce was developed, featuring clear step-by-step navigation, progress-saving capabilities, and enhanced inventory management functionality.
Inventory Management
Users can distinguish which of their on-hand inventory they are leaving and how many more headsets they need to order.
Buy/Lease
Separate order forms for the leasing and buying a headset had been added into the intake form.
